The Perfect Performance Mustangs Field Hockey Club is the most comprehensive, development focused field hockey club in the DMV. 

Our spring season includes the following:

• One(1) nutrition, sleep and hydration presentation per season
• One(1) sports psychology session per month
• Two(2) field practices per week
• Two(2) performance training sessions per week (Additional Fee)
• One(1) virtual strategy session per week
• Weekly or monthly league and/or tournament play (more details on the team page and in offer letters)
• Sports Recruits membership for HS age athletes
